There are many different levels and dimensions of being. We live on one of them, but can learn to safely access the others as and when we choose for a variety of purposes. Sue will start by exploring the astral and the sub-astral planes of existence. This will include the issue of earthbound spirits that we can experience in various ways. This is a fascinating area and one in which Sue specialises as a Spirit Release Therapist. Earthbound spirits are those who find themselves on this plane after death, sometimes by choice, sometimes by accident. They need help so that they can join their loved ones in the Spirit World and can progress and maybe reincarnate. Our family and friends who have passed into Spirit may also be contacted on the astral plane, while we are awake or sleeping, and can give evidence that they have survived their physical death as well as comfort to the bereaved.

In understanding the hierarchy of the Spirit World we can learn to protect and raise our vibration to connect with and receive guidance and healing from the upper realms. We all have a Personal Spirit Guide who comes into this life with us, assists us on our journey and then departs with us at our passing. We can also access other Guides who might help us for example, with a specific task or project, work with us while healing or when we are using our artistic or musical talents. The Ascended Masters can help us with specific tasks or goals, qualities or skills that we wish to develop. The Angels have other roles, perhaps to bring the energy of love, compassion, joy, peace or healing into our lives.

The highest realm is that of Source or what you might refer to as the Divine, God, Allah, Spirit, the Universe or in any other way. We all have our own innate way of connecting to this energy and consciousness. The easiest way to do this is to go within rather than looking outside of ourselves.

So in this lecture Sue will aim to explore ideas, concepts and questions about the “who’s who” of the Other Side.
