Companies are increasingly using deeper relaxation
techniques within the workplace.
In 2005, Mind, the mental health organisation, discovered
that one in five working people in the UK describe their lives as "very" or
"extremely stressful".
Scientists, medical doctors, psychologists, and
psychiatrists are today increasingly becoming partial towards spiritual-based
relaxation therapies, discovering them to be quicker, longer lasting and more
effective than traditional methods.
Many high profile companies are now contracting
external facilitators, skilled in these areas, to allow their staff to find much
needed balance to their stress levels. In doing so, the effects include:
increased productivity, alertness, confidence, health and efficiency in and out
of the workplace.

peace and relaxation – when you can achieve that right here, right now"
LCS provides corporate institutions with
professional, highly skilled facilitators.
These facilitators have unique packages - that
work. They are trained to work in corporate environments and many actually have
a background in the City themselves.
Using their blend of experiences, they are able to
generate a specialised package for each company - allowing staff to also
experience the hugely beneficial effects of relaxation-based therapies that are
today being increasingly used within companies.
Our therapies & workshops are held in-house and
allow employees to experience a much greater sense of work/life balance.

awakens our senses.
Each meditation and teacher practices it
differently. Our facilitator works intuitively with the group to develop
a unique package that suits the needs and nature of the individuals.

Reiki is
a highly effective form of natural healing that is today being increasingly used
for immediate stress management and therapy. Reiki works by moving energy
through the body to leave a feeling of wonderful peace, serenity & physical
ease.
The beauty of Reiki is that it can be performed
any way, at any time, in any place. All it requires is for the client to
be seating fully clothed on a chair with their eyes closed. The Reiki
practitioner then works using a hands-on, hands-off approach on the
client’s head, shoulders, chest (for men), back and knees. A session
usually last 20 minutes.
It is a non-dogmatic,
non-religious approach that requires no “belief” on part of the
recipient. Nothing is preached or passed on. It is simply an experience.

All clients are asked
and informed beforehand where the hands will be placed – head, face,
neck, shoulders, arms, chest (for men), stomach, back, legs, knees, feet
The National Health Service today employs a
full-time Reiki Master, who in turn manages a team of Reiki
practitioners on ward.2
Reiki has been
officially recognised by the British Complementary Medical Association (BCMA)
as a therapy.3

Testimonials
"I recommend Reiki to anyone who is open to a relaxing
treatment which can produce physical, spiritual or emotional benefits." Emma Barker, Senior Recruitment Officer, KPMG
"After my Reiki
sessions, I had a dramatic change in the way I reacted to people around me at
work. I became very calm and the things that used to really stress me and get me
fired up suddenly became much easier to deal with. My attitude to my work and to
my colleagues has changed completely and I am able to achieve far more each
day."
Vinitha, Senior Accountant, London
